CANCELLATION POLICY
At Moss Haven, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to respect both our clients and our time, the following cancellation policy is in place: 48+ Hour Notice No charge. 24 Hour Notice Appointment canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice will incur a 35% service fee. Less than 24 hours Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% service fee. No call/No show Failure to show up to your appointment without communication will incur a 100% charge of scheduled service(s). All cancellation fees must be paid before booking future appointments. We know emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation, please reach out as soon as possible so we can determine the best solution.
